Getting started is simple
Get in touch
Call, email or fill in our referral form. You, a family member or your support coordinator can contact us.
Meet and plan
We meet with you for free, at home or somewhere you're comfortable. We talk about your goals and look at your NDIS plan together.
Agree and begin
We put everything in a clear service agreement, match you with support workers and set a start date that suits you.
Who can use our services
Once we open, we can work with anyone who has an NDIS plan with funding for the supports they need. That includes plans that are:
- Self-managed
- You pay us and claim the money back from the NDIS.
- Plan-managed
- Your plan manager pays our invoices for you.
- NDIA-managed
- Available once our NDIS registration is approved.
